Masindi Hotel is Uganda’s oldest hotel, built in 1923 by the East African Railways and Harbours Company. The hotel was privatised by Government in the year 2000 and has undergone major renovations since then. It situated just 3hours from Kampala City and provides a gateway to Murchison Falls National Park, just 20mins away. There are also several other attractions within the area like the Budongo Forest, Western Rift Valley, Chimp Tracking, bird watching among others. The hotel offers affordable accommodation close to Murchison falls and Budongo Forest. The hotel has conference facilities which can accommodate up to 100 people.
