Mukwano Mall is a new mall in town located on Kyaggwe Road opposite the New Taxi Park. It is yet to officially open for business. The mall has a capacity of 400 shops, halls, apartments, offices, and restaurants. Currently administration of the mall has received over 70 tenants who have paid up their rooms and are ready to start business when the mall opens to the public. This facility is owned by Mukwano group of companies.
This facility has 3 floors with car parking space on every floor. Each tenant is entitled to one free parking space, and parking for customers is also catered for. The number of parking spaces sums up to about 250, and plans are underway to increase this as soon as possible.
Rent ranges from Uganda Shillings 1.1million to Uganda Shillings 40 million per month depending on space occupied.
